WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>Paredes struggled to find playing time throughout the first half of the 2023/24 campaign, but the flip of the calendar year saw him break into the senior team. Despite only netting two goals across 23 matches this season, he's started nine of Wolfsburg's last 10 matches in all competitions. During the March international break, he represented the U23 <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-us/lists/cade-cowell-griffin-yow-olympics-winners-losers-usmnt-u23s-paris-2024-preparations/blt7507ba74d357604f" target="_self">USMNT Olympic squad</a> in international friendlies against France and Guinea.</p>
