Since joining SuperSport in 2015, the 30-year-old went on to make a name for himself at SuperSport writing his name amongst some of the greats to ever don the blue of SuperSport as he went on to score 54 goals during his time at the club, falling three goals short of equalling the all-time top scorer, the late Abram Raselemane’s record.

However, Tinkler remained tight-lipped on the identities of his potential targets, but confirmed a replacement for Brockie is his priority.

“Wait and see. Isn't it obvious? We need a striker,” he added.

Furthermore, the 47-year-old revealed that no other players would be leaving SuperSport, dispelling rumours linking winger Aubrey Modiba with a sensational move to Turkish giants Besiktas.

“Having said that, no one else is leaving. Your stories about Besiktas [after Aubrey Modiba], nobody has made an offer, it's just talk," he expressed.
