In the 26-year-old Zimbabwean’s absence, Masandawana have found the going tough of late, particularly in their domestic campaign as they are currently experiencing a goal drought.
The Brazilians have failed to score in any of their last three Premier Soccer League(PSL) encounters.
“It is frustrating watching from the stands while your teammates are playing‚” Billiat told The Times.
“But maybe it is a blessing in disguise to allow my body rest to recover fully. I will have to be patient and not make any mistakes because I want to finish the season with the team," he said.
Billiat has expressed his desire to return to action when Sundowns meet Kaizer Chiefs in a PSL clash at the beginning of next month.
“There is still a lot of football to be played in the coming months,” he added.
“I am targeting the match against Chiefs and hopefully I would be ready by then,” Billiat concluded.
