The Nedbank Cup semifinal draw was conducted at the PSL offices on Monday afternoon, with three Gauteng clubs and one KZN club, all competing for a place in the final
Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates avoided each other in the last four of the Nedbank Cup to give the South African football fans a potential Soweto Derby final to look forward to this season.

The Buccaneers were drawn against Maritzburg United while the Glamour Boys will have a tricky encounter away to Bidvest Wits in the other semifinal.

This is the first time that the Team of Choice have made it to the last four of the Nedbank Cup, and they have one more hurdle to see themselves in the final.

On the hand, Bidvest Wits tasted Nedbank Cup success before, winning it back in 2010 with coach Roger de Sa, who is now at Ajax Cape Town.
