“Credit must go to the whole team. We really deserved the title. We worked very hard for it, but we are disappointed with our results against AmaTuks (1-0 defeat). It didn’t go our way, but we have to go back and prepare for the final,” said Khune after they were officially crowned the PSL champions.
The newly crowned PSL champions failed to record a win in their last four league games, but they had collected enough points to win their first league title in eight years.
