Orlando Pirates goalkeeper Senzo Meyiwa has told Goal that he has always enjoyed playing in front of his hometown fans, and says they won’t disappoint on Saturday.

The Sea Robbers face Platinum Stars in the MTN 8 final tonight, and Meyiwa is hoping for the repeat of the 2010 MTN 8 final when they edged Moroka Swallows on penalties.

“I am in my hometown and I have always enjoyed myself whenever the team is playing in Durban. This is another Cup final in Durban. Remember we won this Cup against Swallows here and I’m hoping for the repeat of that,” Meyiwa told Goal.

Meyiwa admits Dikwena are no pushovers, but he is confident of winning this trophy as he believes Pirates fans deserve the smile on their faces.
