Kaizer Chiefs target Sserunkuma fails trials in Denmark

Kaizer Chiefs have been handed an opportunity to snap up Uganda international striker Daniel 'Dan' Sserunkuma from Kenya champions Gor Mahia
The lethal forward recently attended trials in Denmark, and he's now said to have failed to impress Division one team HB Koge's technical team.
According to Ugandan website Red Pepper, the Gor Mahia attacker could not make the final list of trialists who had been signed by the Danish side.
"Dan returns to Nairobi tomorrow and will be available for the Nairobi derby that pits Gor with archrivals AFC Leopards on Sunday," it was reported on the site.
Prior to Sserunkuma's departure for Denmark, his agent Ken Joseph exclusively confirmed to Goal that talks between him and Chiefs were on-going.
The 20-year-old striker's contract at Kenyan Premier League side Gor Mahia is reportedly set to expire in December. This means Amakhosi could still sign the player on a free transfer in January.
