Goal can exclusively reveal that Chippa United is most likely to be Mandla Masango's new home as his future at Kaizer Chiefs looks uncertain.
An insider at AmaKhosi has told Goal that United has expressed their desire to have Masango on loan for next season, although the player is yet to make up his mind.
"It's evident that his future at Chiefs looks over with the club willing to sell him, but he could be loaned out to Chippa," said the insider.
"Of course the player has to agree first, and if he does then the deal could be finalised over the weekend."
Goal has also discovered that Masango didn't have a problem with joining Moroka Swallows as part of the deal that saw Levy Mokgothu move to Chiefs.
However, the 24-year-old midfielder wanted his salary to remain the same whereas Swallows were offering him less than he's currently earning at Chiefs.
