Orlando Pirates have acquired the services of Itumeleng Tlali from Safa division two, ABC Motsepe League side Mbombela United, Goal has been informed

As previously reported on Goal, the Buccaneershave been in the market for a quality right-back since May.

The club's signing spree continues and Goal has now been informed by a source at Bucs, that the 23-year-old defender is now a Buccaneer after concluding a three-year deal with the Soweto giants.

"Well, Itu (Tlali) has joined the team in camp. He says he has concluded a three-year deal with the club recently," the source told Goal.

The player was part of the Mbombela side that narrowly lost 4-3 to Absa Premiership outfit Moroka Swallows, in the Nedbank Cup last 32 encounter in February.

"Itu is looking good in training and he is a solid right back. I guess he did well enough to earn himself a move into the PSL after playing well against Swallows in the Cup match," a source concluded to Goal.
