Orlando Pirates academy graduate Mthokozisi Dube has been handed an opportunity to impress the Bucs technical team, while Mashale Rantabane joins from Maluti FET. Goal can confirm

As Goal reported last week , the reigning Nedbank Cup champions are looking to beef up their defence, more especially the right-back position.

Bucs have now recalled 21-year-old right-back Mthokozisi Dube, who was profiled on The Pirates Loan Returnees: Part One.

"Well, yes this time I was recalled back, I am part of the camp. I guess they want to see if I can fit in," Dube told Goal.

The young defender spent last season on loan at National First Division (NFD) side Sivutsa Stars, who are now known as Royal Eagles and are based in Durban.

Another player from the NFD, Mashale Rantabane is part of the Bucs training camp in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga.  Goal has it on good authority that the Maluti FET College central defender has signed a three-year-deal with the Buccaneers.

The Soweto giants have reportedly signed Santos striker Tebogo Masaole on a three-year-deal. The 24-year-old attacker made only three appearances, and failed to register a single goal during this past season.

Meanwhile, Bucs versatile defender Bheki Nzunga is set to leave the Parktown outfit after being deemed surplus to requirements at by coach Vladimir Vermezovic.

Absa Premiership sides Mpumalanga Black Aces and Polokwane City are reportedly chasing after the 26-year-old's signature.
