Majoro, who has reportedly signed a pre-contract with Bucs, is currently training on his own as he continues to search for a club after rejecting a move to SuperSport United.
"I have requested a centre-back and a striker from the bosses, and that's just that," De Sa told Goal. "A few names have been thrown here and there, but I haven't heard anything from the management."
"Majoro is one player that I have heard of his availability, and honestly I think he's a fantastic player. He played for Chiefs and Bafana, and scored a lot of goals. So, I would sign him if it was up to me, but unfortunately my job is to coach the team," he said.
Pirates have scored 12 league goals so far this term, and De Sa is convinced that one more addition upfront will help increase their goalscoring ratio.
The Buccaneers are busy preparing for their crucial league encounter against SuperSport United on January 18, as they will be hoping to move into the top half of the PSL log for the first time this season.
