Ritchie joined the PSL champions from Moroka Swallows back in 2011, but he finds himself playing second fiddle to Bafana left-back Tsepo Masilela
Slavia approached Chiefs a few weeks ago, and AmaKhosi are satisfied with the offer and therefore ready to let go of their fullback.
However, the club revealed that Ritchie still has to agree personal terms before the deal can be finalized although the player is reportedly relishing a move abroad.
Ritchie has not been fortunate enough to make the left-back position his own since moving to Naturena from Moroka Swallows back in 2011.
But he always proves his worth every time he dons the gold and black shirt of AmaKhosi. He is expected to make a decision soon, and possibly join Slavia before they resume their league campaign in February.
SK Slavia Prague are currently 11th in the Czech Liga of 16 teams, with 16 points from 16 games, and they are looking to bolster their defence as they have leaked 28 goals so far this season.
