Ajax Cape Town attacking midfielder Khama Billiat has officially completed his move to Mamelodi Sundowns on a three-year contract.
Speaking to Goal, Sundowns’ PRO Kabelo Mosito confirmed the deal and also confirmed that striker Eleazar Rodgers has moved to the Urban Warriors as part of the deal.
“Khama [Billiat] has signed a three-year deal with us plus one year option to renew and another year to renew at the end of that renewal and [Eleazar] Rodgers has moved to Cape Town to join Ajax on loan,” Mosito told Goal.

This brings an end to the Orlando Pirates’ dream to lure the player to Parktown after it was reported that Ajax director Ari Efstathiou had called off the deal with Sundowns.
The Zimbabwean-born Billiat was also reportedly wanted by a few European clubs, but it seems like the player is still happy to ply his trade in the PSL for at least another season.
