Orlando Pirates talent Segolela is expected to sign with one of the England based clubs which is playing in the Championship division, just below the English Premier League.
His agent Tim Sukazi told Independent Newspapers that everything is in place for the player to go and it all depends on Khoza.
“Everything is in place now and it is all up to the chairman to decide whether the player does go for trials. But, I can confirm that everything is in the climax now, (that is) in terms of us and Orlando Pirates,” said Sukazi.
Segolela’s contract comes to an end on Sunday and that is when Pirates will decide what going to happen, although they are keen on keeping him.
“In the negotiations that we had, Pirates seemed to be interested in keeping the player and not allowing him to go. We will not give up until he gets a contract overseas,” he said.
Despite that but Sakuzi also said that they are negotiating for a clause that will enable him to go for trials if there are any teams that are after him even if he has a contract with Pirates.
“His visa is ready, but shall Pirates renew his contract we are negotiating so that they are able to grant him permission to trial with any overseas team that might have interest in him,” he said.
