Mamelodi Sundowns’ Nyasha Mushekwi to try his luck in Europe

Nyasha Mushekwi is reportedly attending trials at an unnamed European club for a possible move

Mamelodi Sundowns striker Nyasha Mushekwi could be playing in Europe next season according to his agent Ralph Nkomo.

Although the agent could not reveal the details and the name of the European club Mushekwi will be trying his luck at, it is believed that Mushekwi might move to either Germany or Belgium.

The Zimbabwean striker is currently contracted to Sundowns having extended his stay at Chloorkop back in January, and Sundowns will have the final word on whether he leaves or stays.

Sundowns are known to be very strict when it comes to releasing players to Europe, but they have, at times revealed that they won’t stand in any player’s way if the offer is good, and it remains to be seen if they will let Mushekwi go.

Mushekwi is also wanted by Orlando Pirates and the Durban-based outfit Golden Arrows, but Sundowns might be tempted to accept the European offer should the lanky striker impress his potential employers.
