Orlando Pirates have boosted their goalkeeping reserves with the acquisition of Ghanain Fatau Dauda on Friday.
The Ashanti Gold FC goalkeeper has penned a deal with the club according to Soccer Laduma and will be in line to compete with Brighton Mhlongo and Senzo Meyiwa for the no.1 spot in the Buccaneers squad.
Pirates are also targeting Yakubu Mohammed, Dauda's teammate from Ashanti Gold FC in order to improve on their striking department for next season.

Pirates and Chiefs' target Tshwarelo Bereng has decided to join Moroka Swallows in another confirmed transfer today, with the United FC player signing a four-year deal.
The Dube Birds are looking to bolster their squad ahead of the 2013/2014 season and will target more signings before the transfer window closes. Bereng attracted the attention of leading South African clubs after his superb performances during United FC's run to the Nedbank Cup semi-final stages.

Bidvest Wits will snatch Benjani Mwaruwari from Chippa United, with the final deal in its closing stages. Mwaruwari should join new Wits coach Gavin Hunt before the start of next season, following contractual disputes with former club Chippa United which led to the former Manchester City striker abandoning the club during the PSL playoffs.
Ajax Cape Town have secured the services of Lebogang Manyama according to the Sowetan, with the influential midfielder set to sign a one-year extension on his current contract.
