Thulasizwe Mbuyane could soon be plying his trade elsewhere as his future at Pirates seems uncertain
Having returned on Tuesday for their pre-season training, Orlando Pirates are expected to ring changes in their current squad.
Goal has been informed by an insider within the Bucs camp that several players will be leaving the team as free agents while others, including Thulasizwe “Juju” Mbuyane will be placed on transfer.

“There are several players that will be placed on the transfer list in the next few days, and one of them is Thulasizwe Mbuyane,” revealed our source.
Mbuyane did not feature much for the Buccaneers in the past season due to injuries, and it looks like Pirates are ready to let him go.
Our source highlighted that majority of players who didn’t get enough game time under coach Roger de Sa could also be released.

“The squad is going to be trimmed to a sizable number, because it really doesn’t make sense to keep players that aren’t playing,” added our source.
Pirates confirmed earlier this week that a few players will be released ahead of their pre-season camp at the beginning of July, but they are yet to confirm the names.
Mbuyane was signed from Free State Stars back in 2008, and he has become the fan favourite for constantly doing well every time Pirates play against Mamelodi Sundowns.
