Goal.com South Africa reveals that Esrom Nyandoro will be rewarded with a new contract at Mamelodi Sundowns as negotiations are at an advanced stage
It is believed that Nyandoro will sign a two-year extension with the Chloorkop-based outfit. Sundowns’ PRO Kabelo Mosito has told Goal.com South Africa that the influence brought on by Pitso Mosimane had an influence in Nyandoro’s decision to stay at the club.
“I wouldn’t know all the details because that’s between the management and the player’s representatives, but I can assure the fans that Nyandoro is staying and not for one season but two seasons,” revealed Mosito.
“I suppose Pitso Mosimane brought some belief in Nyandoro since he joined us. If you remember, Nyandoro wasn’t playing regularly under our previous coach but he’s been enjoying himself since the arrival of Mosimane,” said Mosito.
The 32-year old Bulawayo-born player has been with Sundowns since 2004, making almost 200 appearances and scoring 9 goals.
