thumbnail Hello,

Orlando Pirates midfielder Daine Klate has told Goal that the Soweto giants have enough quality players to repeat their last season's success

Pirates will officially kickoff their 2014/15 campaign against Klate's former club SuperSport United in an MTN 8 Cup encounter at the Orlando Stadium on Saturday night.
And the 29-year-old believes that the team will do well under the tutelage of disciplinarian Vermezovic who took the reigns at the beginning of this year.
"The coach has installed a lot of discipline into the team, on and off the pitch that is. So, hopefully that will help us going into the new season," Klate told Goal.

Klate added that the players are slowly getting used to VV's way of doing things and predicts that Pirates will be very difficult to beat this season.

He's also confident that the Sea Robbers will have a good season as they are coached by one of the best coaches he's ever worked with.
"I think if we obviously play with a lot of discipline and with the amount of quality on the pitch. We will surely be difficult to break down," he said.
"We are buying into coach Vermezovic philosophy and he's also buying into our style. There are a lot of ball players in the team, we have a quality squad.
"Definitely, we are looking forward to a good season, and with coach Vermezovic coming in, tactically he has been one of the best I have worked with," he concluded.
