Mamelodi Sundowns have been boosted by the return of captain Alje Schut, defender Mzikayise Mashaba and goalkeeper Wayne Sandilands, ahead of their massive derby against United

The three players have been out nursing their respective injuries. They are now expected to be ready for Downs' next league match against their City rivals SuperSport United on Tuesday. 
 
"They have all fully recovered from their injuries and the trio started full training on Monday," a statement on the Sundowns official website read. 
 
"Schut picked up a knock on his knee, while Mashaba sustained a groin injury and Sandilands an ankle injury (that) he picked up in the victory over Platinum Stars," the statement read. 
 
It was also revealed that the club's talisman Surprise Moriri had fully recovered from a bout of flu that had kept him out for a few days. 
 
Lastly, Sundowns left back Tebogo Langerman picked up a groin related injury during training, and it was said that he will be reassessed by the Brazilian's team doctors this week.
