This comes in a time where the Usuthu short stopper has been struggling with his form in recent matches.
Kapini said he is very excited to represent Zimbabwe as it is every player’s dream to play for his country.
“The last time I played an international game was in 2012 in an AFCON qualifier when I also picked up an injury,” Kapini said.
“I’m excited; you know because it is every player’s dream to play for his national team,” he told the club official website.

Although Kapini is aware that his form has not been on pick, he said he will use this opportunity to gain it back, even if he does not play.
“The coach always knows who he wants to use but maybe I will use the opportunity to work on my form without putting too much pressure on myself,” said Kapini.
Another player who will be part of Zimbabwe is the trusted centre back Carlington Nyadombo, who featured in the 2-1 away win against South Africa recently, will also be part of the Warriors’ squad against Tanzania.
