Gould had already apologized to Kebede for the same incident immediately after that particular game, but the club demanded an official apologyKaizer Chiefs have confirmed that they have reviewed the punching incident involving Morgan Gould and Bidvest Wits forward Getaneh Kebede.
The AmaKhosi have demanded an apology from Gould, and also confirmed that corrective measures have been taken against the former SuperSport United captain.
"The club has decided to institute corrective measures against Morgan Gould and subsequently apologized to Kebede and Bidvest Wits," reads the statement on the Chiefs website.

The defending PSL champions have seriously condemned Gould's actions and he will therefore be dealt with internally.
"The club has set a high standard for the players and expect the players to uphold that at all times. The club has mechanisms in place to monitor the players conduct and views this particular incident in a serious light.
"Morgan Gould has apologized to the club and agreed to cooperate with the internal processes," concludes the statement.
