Tshabalala only recently returned from a three-week lay-off and has reportedly suffered from a swollen ankle following Chiefs' grueling Telkom Knockout tie against Free State Stars.
"Shabba" was forced off the pitch during the quarterfinal, which lasted 120 minutes before ending in a Chiefs' victory after a penalty shootout.
Knowledge Musona scored the vital 90th minute equaliser during the quarterfinal, but injured his shoulder in the process, as he fell awkwardly to the ground after netting a deft header.
The striker has looked back to his menacing best for AmaKhosi after a poor start to his loan spell, finding the back of the net twice and creating opportunities in the final third.
Both players will be assessed during the week and Chiefs fans will hope for positive news, as the duo are vital elements in AmaKhosi's attacking lineup.
