thumbnail Hello,

Newly appointed coach of Black Aces has told Goal that the signing of the former Ajax Cape Town player Mabhuti Khenyeza will have a positive impact on his side

Clive Barker believes Khenyeza will help Black Aces do well when they make their return to the Premier Soccer League.

“Everybody knows what kind of a player he is. I believe that he will be a crucial player in our setup as we are building a strong team,” said Barker.

The club has already signed many familiar names including their recent signing of former Orlando Pirates player Clifford Ngobeni and Kaizer Chiefs player Abia Nale.

Despite the fact that Khenyeza still has a case in the PSL that saw him being banned for 12 months after spitting to a match official, Barker said he is sure management will sort that dispute out.

“That is not really a problem. We signed him being aware that there is a case against him. Our legal team is working hard to ensure that he comes in for our first match. The player is ready to play,” he said.
