|Kaizer Chiefs 3 - 2 Moroka Swallows|
Chiefs' November clash against Soweto rivals Moroka Swallows lived up to expectations as the two sides served up a five-goal thriller. With the scores locked at 2-2 in the dying embers of the match, Lehlonoholo Majoro netted a 90th minute winner to claim all three points for the AmaKhosi.
Chiefs' never-say-die attitude was there for all to see after the win, an attitude which certainly carried them to PSL glory.
|Kaizer Chiefs 3 - 0 Ajax Cape Town
Following a disappointing 2-0 loss against Platinum Stars, Chiefs showed the ability to bounce back and bounce back they surely did with an imperious 3-0 win over Ajax Cape Town at home.
Two Soweto Derbies, two draws. South Africa's most awaited match-up between Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs failed to inspire this season but importantly Chiefs held off their league rivals on both occasions. A 1-1 draw in the first match was followed by a much criticised 0-0 draw. Despite dropping points, Chiefs still held onto the PSL top spot.
|Bloemfontein Celtic 0 - 3 Kaizer Chiefs|
Chiefs showed their championship mettle by conquering one of the toughest grounds to visit in South Africa. Phunya Sele Sele fans were almost silenced by the AmaKhosi's breath-taking display which saw them hit 3 unanswered goals past Clint Larsen's side.
|Maritzburg United 1 - 3 Kaizer Chiefs|
Coming from behind is the true test of a champion and Chiefs showed their hunger for the title after overthrowing a confident Maritzburg United away from home. Ernst Middendorp's side came out all guns blazing and went into the lead, but Stuart Baxter was able to galvanise his troops which saw Chiefs hit back with a sublime display of attacking football, earning a 3-1 win at the end of 90 minutes.
|Platinum Stars 0 - 0 Kaizer Chiefs|
Despite not having Itumeleng Khune on the pitch due to suspension, Chiefs were able to hold off title challengers Platinum Stars. Dikwena may have dominated proceedings but the defensive attitude of players like Erick Matoho and Tefu Mashaimaite kept the AmaKhosi ahead of the chasing pack.
|Kaizer Chiefs 1 - 1 SuperSport United
All Chiefs needed was a point against Gavin Hunt's side in order to claim the PSL title, after both Pirates and Platinum Stars slipped up in their title pursuits. An opener from Majoro meant Chiefs were on track but a few nerves were created when Sibusiso Zuma netted a sublime equaliser in the dying embers of the match. Chiefs held on though for the point and celebrations began as the long-awaited PSL crown was theirs.
