AmaZulu defender and key player Carlington Nyadombo is ready to get back to action for his club in the Premier Soccer league
The defender has not featured for AmaZulu since sustaining a thigh muscle injury against Orlando Pirates at the beginning of April.
Before confirming the news to the club website, he had already confirmed to Goal a few weeks back that he was feeling fit enough to play.
“I am ready to play. I am waiting for the coach to call me back. He said he does not want to rush me, and it will be good that I take things easy so that I heal properly,” he said.

His return to the club comes in a time where AmaZulu are safe from the relegation zone, but neverthereless working to finish stronger, as they still stand a chance to even reach the top eight.
“I can't wait to get back; I'll push myself in the next few days and the coach will decide if I can play in our next match against Wits,” he said.
Nyadombo told the club website that he is hoping to get some game time over the weekend when his club plays a friendly match.

“All I need now is to get my match fitness back and start catching up with the other guys. I'm hoping to play in a friendly match over the weekend and then we'll take it from there,” he said.
The Usuthu Player of The Season for 2011/12 said he is grateful to the players who kept the team strong in his absence for the great work that they did.
“I have to applaud the guys who have been doing the job out there because they've given their best for the team,” he said.
