thumbnail Hello,

After scoring two goals for AmaZulu against Leopards, striker Bongani Ndulula has made it clear that he wants to build on his form

Ndulula contributed in AmaZulu’s 4-0 victory over Black Leopards after he was given the opportunity to start a match for the first time since joining the club.

“I am very happy to have scored against Leopards. I want to score more goals for the team if I am given another opportunity to play,” said Ndulula.

AmaZulu are now sitting with 32 points in the log on position 12 which means they are safe from the relegation zone.

Their next match is against Bidvest Wits which is coached by their former Technical Advisor and former coach Clive Barker on Saturday at the Bidvest Stadium.

“The confidence in me and the rest of the players is really high. Although we are now safe from relegation, but we must continue working hard and not take the remaining matches for granted.

“I am really happy for the opportunity that I was given to play, and most importantly the belief that the coaches have in me,” he said.

One of the things that might have contributed to Ndulula’s success is the arrival of assistant coach Wilfred Mugeyi. When Mugeyi arrived at AmaZulu, few weeks back he told Goal that he is going to turn Ndulula into one of the best strikers around.
