AmaZulu coach Craig Rosslee has told Goal.com that midfielder Kagiso Senamela impressed him during their 1-0 victory against Celtic on WednesdaySenamela was struggling to get game time at AmaZulu, since players such as Khulekani Madondo were also impressing. Rosslee said that when he asked the player to change his outfit and get ready to play, Kagiso responded ideally.
“Funny enough, he said to me ‘Coach this is for you, I am going to play for you’ and he did just that. I must say that I was very impressed with his performance and I am hoping that he is going maintain his form,” said Rosslee.
Rosslee added that every coach wants to be respected and listened to when he gives instructions at all times. He said a player like Senamela is really responding well to what he wants and there are great chances that he will keep him next season.
“Every player wants to be in the squad and I believe in all of them. If Senamela continues with the way he performs, I am sure he is going to be part of the team next season,” he said.
Senamela came into the scene during the second half when AmaZulu played Celtic and changed the match. His passes and attacks were the reason why AmaZulu created so many chances to win the game.
