Larsen: Celtic will keep faith in top six hopes

Despite losing 1-0 to AmaZulu, their six match in a row without a single win, the Celtic coach won't lower the clubs target

Coach Clinton Larsen was inspired with his teams performance, and the only factor naturally disappointed him was the result.

“Everything that was happening was not new to me. I mean the missed opportunities on one on one situations is something that I had experienced during practice. We are playing the correct brand of football that I want and to me that is enough,” he said.

“I would be confusing them if I were to say they must change anything, because they are creating opportunities well and the only thing lacking is the finishing. I think that will come right after just a single win and the boys will get back to their scoring habit again.

“We have not lost hope in our goal of finishing in the top six, and I am sure in the remaining matches we will do well. What is more interesting and inspiring is seeing the youngsters that we have brought into the scene,” he said.
