Orlando Pirates are on the verge of letting Mark Mayambela go, because he is not getting any game time at the club
The Pirates player refused to join Chippa United at the beginning of the season, and may find himself leaving the club to get an opportunity on the field.
His agent Tim Sakuza told Goal.com that Pirates have not spoken to him about renewing his contract as yet.
“I can confidently confirm to you now, that come next season he will be wearing a different colour jersey. His chances of staying at Orlando Pirates are zero in a hundred.
“We have not heard anything from Orlando Pirates regarding the player at the moment since his contract is coming to an end in June, so it is really hard to say whether he has a future with Pirates since he is not even getting much game time,” he said.
Sakuza also added that there are clubs that are showing interest in the player and he is sure that, shall things not go well with Pirates the player will find a new home.
“There are a couple of clubs that are interested in him and I am sure he will join them as nothing tangible is coming from Pirates. We are concerned about players getting game time and that to us is important,” he said.
