AmaZulu midfielder Joseph Malongoane told Goal.com that he is looking forward to taking on Ajax when they meet in the PSL encounter on Friday night
Usuthu new signing Malongoane believes the break that the team had has been great for keeping the players fresh, and he is ready to take on Ajax.
“It won’t be an easy game as they are also at the bottom of the league so they will be going all out for full points. Having said so, we are not taking anything away from them, as we will play our football and press hard for a win,” said Malongoane.
The midfielder faired well in the recent AmaZulu games before the three weeks break, which saw him starting some of the matches. He said he is hoping to keep up with that form and help the team to win games.
“This is not a time for draws or losses but what we need is full points. I am happy with the way I have adapted at the team and I can say that I am getting to the level that I desire,” he said.
Malongoane also added that having Craig Rosslee as their coach is an advantage.
“The coach has told us all what we needed to know and it all depends on us as the players, as to what we do on the field. The guys are all positive and we have to gel well as a team,” he said.
