South Africa's challenge in the Cosafa Cup is turning into a farce with more players pulling outCoach Gordon Igesund received another blow when his Bafana players withdrew from his already amended squad, because of fitness concerns from their clubs.
Igesund was already frustrated when he couldn't include nine of his preferred squad selections, and the squad will now be further depleted into what won't even resemble a Bafana Bafana team when participating in Zambia.

Safa media officer Matlhomola Morake confirmed that Musa Bilankulu, Lance Davids, William Twala and Luyolo Nomandela dropped out. They will be replaced by Vuyo Mere (Platinum Stars), Edward Manqele (Mamelodi Sundowns), Mzikayise Mashaba (Bidvest Wits) and Mandla Masango (Kaizer Chiefs).
