AmaZulu coach, said the league is getting tougher and they will have to work hard to get maximum points when they play Platinum Stars on Wednesday
“We played well, the league is getting tougher, therefore we need to make sure that we score early and utilize all the opportunities that we create,” said Rosslee.
He said the return of some of his regular players will boost them when they play Stars.
“All or most of our players are hundred percent fit, except Nyiko Tshabangu who had a minor injury and with Mbhele coming back after his injury, I should have a variety of players to choose from, which is good. Another player that I feel will play a role after injury is Thokozani Mshengu,” he said.
The coach was also pleased with the performance of Joseph Malongoane and said he hopes his presence will be felt when they play against Platinum Stars.
“Malongoane has adapted well to the style of play that I want and I know that he is one of the players that are on his peak thus far. In the last two matches that we played he banged the man of the match awards,” said Rosslee.
Malongoane said playing against Platinum Stars will not be a challenge to him, but rather he will be going all out to show them what he is made of.
‘My true loyalty is with AmaZulu now, and I need to show them how grateful I am for the opportunity that they have given me. On Wednesday I will be going for three points, as I know how they play and I know what to expect from them,” said Malongoane.
