Don Bosco – SuperSport United Preview: Hunt missing Erasmus and Maluleka

SuperSport United travel to DRC to face Don Bosco in the preliminary round of the Caf Confederations Cup
SuperSport United will need to put their mid-week defeat to Orlando Pirates behind them as they are gearing up for another exciting game against DRC outfit Don Bosco in the Caf Confederation Cup on Sunday afternoon.
United return to the Caf competition after a two-year absence, following their Nedbank Cup triumph against neighbours Mamelodi Sundowns last season.
Matsatsantsa coach Gavin Hunt told that he is not going to come up with any specific strategy against the unknown Don Bosco side.
“There is nothing called “strategy” in football. It is played the same way, and we have also approached different games the same way. If we approach other teams differently then we will have a problem,” Hunt
United travelled without a few of their key players due to injuries, and Hunt admitted that he misses those players in his starting line-up especially Kermit Erasmus and George Maluleka.
The latter will be out for the next few weeks after undergoing an operation, while Erasmus is currently on trial at Norwegian side Valerenga.

“We absolutely miss our key players. Doutie is out, George is also out, and Kermit is not even in the country, but I can work with the players that I have and produce good results,” he said.
Supersport United’s trip to DRC will be cut short as they should be back in the country by Monday to prepare for their next league game against AmaZulu.
