Ndulula who hails from Orlando Pirates after not having much game time in Soweto, said that playing for AmaZulu has instilled a happiness in him and he wants to pay the team back by scoring goals.
“It is an honour to play for such a well respected team. I am more privileged to be here because it shows that the management and the coach believe that there is something that I can offer the team,” said Ndulula.
Although he is expected to get game time, there is no doubt that coming to AmaZulu places extra pressure on him as he is expected to help the team escape relegation.
“I am not scared of pressure. I think it has always been there and one just needs to work hard and deliver what is expected. So far things are looking good. The coach is positive and I am hoping that this will be one of my best seasons in the PSL.
“I will also try and use my experience so that I can lift the team up when things are bad. It is also important to have a good relationship with the coach, because you get to learn a lot,” he said.
Ndulula said he is hoping to impress and find the back of the net regularly.
“Well, the games are not going to be easy, but I believe that anything is possible and with a proper support system and game time, I will be at my best. I will bring a smile to the fans. Experience is what you get mainly by playing, and hopefully the more I get time here, the better it will be for me to grow.“This is an opportunity for me to start my life on a clean slate and make a name for myself once again,” he said.
