thumbnail Hello,

Steven Pienaar should play for Everton as they host Arsenal on Wednesday

Kagisho Dikgacoi’s Crystal Palace were held to a 0-0 draw by Hull City in the English Championship on Tuesday night.

The result keeps The Eagles in second place in the table, one point behind leaders Cardiff City, but still in the automatic promotion places.

Next up for them is a home match against high-flying Brighton and Hove Albion on Saturday. The visitors are unbeaten in their last seven games.

It was another bad night for Bafana Bafana midfielder Dean Furman in League One as his Oldham Athletic side lost 1-0 at Doncaster Rovers to stay just four points above the relegation zone.

Meanwhile on Wednesday night Steven Pienaar should line-up for Everton as they welcome Arsenal to Goodison Park.

Pienaar scored a magnificent solo goal for The Toffees at the Emirates in a 2-2 draw in 2010 and what his stuttering side wouldn’t give for another piece of magic from him tonight. Everton have just one win in their last seven matches, but remain in fifth place in the Premiership, one point ahead of Arsenal.

Andrew Surman will be desperate to play for Norwich against his former side Southampton, but his recovery from a knee problem has been slow.

Ayanda Patosi will be in Belgian Cup action tonight as his Lokeren side travel to Gent, while Darren Keet should feature for Kortrijk at home to Mons.

Kortrijk beat Lokeren 1-0 in the final of the competition in the 2011/12 season.
