Zokora: Ivory Coast still have Tunisia and Algeria to beat

Goal.com South Africa spoke with Didier Zokora of Ivory Coast after his side's 2-1 win over Togo in their opening game of the 2013 Afcon
Ivory Coast veteran Didier Zokora said that the game against Togo was not easy. Zokora admitted that they should have wrapped up the game early, but gave credit to the Togolese who fought hard.

"I think we should have won the game in the first half but Togo was good throughout the game," said Zokora.

"They were focusing more on Drogba and they started to relax after he was substituted, but we always deserved all three points out of this match," he said.

Zokora, who took the armband after Drogba was replaced, told Goal.com South Africa that they will not get ahead of themselves because there are still two more games to play in the group stages.

"We cannot afford to get carried away because there's still Algeria and Tunisia to play against," said Zokora.
