Major League Soccer (MLS) club the Philadelphia Union has reached an agreement to extend its partnership with Toyota “for multiple years,” according to the Philadelphia Business Journal.
Financial terms of the deal and its specific length were not disclosed, but the automotive firm is set to continue as one of the Union’s keystone partners.
Toyota sponsors the Toyota Plaza at the Union’s PPL Park, which hosts pre-game entertainment before home matches. It also provides the club’s official promotional vehicle and supports its grassroots football initiatives.
Toyota is joined in the Union’s keystone partner portfolio by 6 ABC, Crozer Keystone, Horizon Services, Independence, Panasonic, Premier and Verizon.
