thumbnail Hello,

Denmark-based forward Quincy Antipas played the full match as his side Brondby moved out of the relegation zone after beating Copenhagen 3-2 at home on Saturday

The Danish giants whose fortunes have waned in recent seasons, rose three places up to eighth spot in the 12-team league.

In the English Championship, Bradley Pritchard’s Charlton Athletic fell 3-0 away at Burnley in a match the 27-year-old midfielder only lasted the first half before he was pulled out for Cullum Harriott.

Charlton have played eight matches so far and remain unsafe from demotion in 20th spot with five points and one position above Sheffield Wednesday who are at the relegation cut-off point.

In the Czech Republic, Costa Nhamoinesu was at the winning end of the 280th Prague derby as Sparta Prague dismissed Slavia Prague 2-0 on Saturday. Costa lasted the entire match and with 10 rounds of the Grambinus Liga campaign so far, Sparta enjoy top-spot, four points clear of their nearest rivals Viktoria Plzen. While Costa reveled in the derby, striker Musa Mguni was not part of the Donetsk derby in Ukraine where his side Metalurh Donetsk drew 2-2 with giants Shakhtar.

Mguni has only featured once for Metalurh since his return at the club from Terek Grozny in July. Metalurh are in eighth position in the Ukraine Premier League with 25 points. The leaders are Metalist Kharkiv.

In Sweden, Archford Gutu did not take part in FF Kalmar's 2-1 home win over Gothenburg. Kalmar remained in 5th place and Gutu has only played six out of 26 games that Kalmar have played in the Swedish Allsvenskan league so far this season.

In Belgium, Nyasha Mushekwi returned to competitive action for KV Oostende on Saturday and played the last 19 minutes after coming on for Sebastien Siani. Since an international break that accommodated World Cup qualifiers, Mushekwi had only played warm-up games with the reserve squad. The former Mamelodi Sundowns forward has so far played three matches for 13th-placed Oostende and has scored once.

Vusa Nyoni was a 55th substitute as Mons suffered a 1-0 home defeat to Club Brugge to remain stranded in the Belgian Jupilar Pro League with just two points from nine games. Ovidy Karuru remained on the sidelines as OH Leuven were held 1-1 at home by Gent on Saturday.
