The Ghana winger is yet to make his debut in the Dutch Eredivisie because Vitesse Arnhem are still waiting for his final paperwork
Ghana winger Christian Atsu’s debut at Vitesse Arnhem has delayed because of a few issues with his paperwork.
The 21-year-old is on a season-long loan deal at the Eredivisie club from Chelsea after ending his stay at Porto during the summer transfer window.
Vitesse coach Peter Bosz who has been hoping to field Atsu must now wait for some days before giving the Ghanaian his chance.
“He is still waiting for a sticker and stamp. That will take a few days,” Vitesse spokesperson Ester Bal told De Gerderlander.
The Dutch club are hopeful of getting access to the full documentation soon.
