The Ghanaian youngster is set to make his professional debut in a friendly against the Red Devils
Ofori, 18, signed the AIK deal on Sunday night after passing his medicals and he was unveiled to the fans. The manager of the former Swedish champions feels that he is ready to play and will throw him straight into action against the Red Devils.
“I think Ofori will get game minutes against Manchester United,” Andreas Alm told Sportbladet.
“Nils-Eric Johansson played every minute of last year's premier division and the experienced left-back has been unchallenged in his position, it is now time for him to rest for Ofori to play.”
Ofori was part of the Black Satellites team which won silver at the Africa Youth Championship in Algeria and bronze at the Under-20 World Cup in Turkey.
He has been one of the consistent players in the Ghana local league.
