The Bronze Ball winner at the Under-20 World Cup in Turkey said he can play for the Black Stars so far as the coach finds him fit for his plans
The Granada bound player, who finished the tournament as the third best, told Accra-based Joy FM that anytime coach Kwesi Appiah deems it fit to include him in his squad he would respond appropriately.
“Getting a call-up to the Black Stars will depend on coach Appiah because he knows where I can fit,” the former Inter Allies player said.
“So if the call-up comes I'm ready and since I want to play professional football I should be ready to serve my country anytime the chance comes.”
Aboagye helped the Black Satellites to finish third at the tournament.
