The Teranga Lions will take on the Chipolopolo in a friendly match on August 14 in France as both sides prepare for World Cup qualifiers
Senegal will play an international friendly match against 2012 African champions Zambia on August 14 in France, Senegal FA announced on Wednesday.
The body’s secretary general Victor Ciss said Zambian parties have confirmed their participation in the meeting but that a venue is yet to be chosen.
Most of Senegal professionals ply their trade in the Ligue 1, prompting organisers to choose France for the encounter, precisely in the Paris region, according to Ciss.
The two teams will use the match to prepare for their respective World Cup qualifying fixtures of September 6.
Senegal will host Uganda in Group J while Zambia will to travel to Accra to face leaders of their Group D, Ghana.
