Ivory Coast are expected to be in Ghana on Sunday for a two-leg international friendly against the home-based Black Stars.
The games, scheduled for June 12 and 14, will be played at the Baba Yara Sports stadium and the Len Clay Stadium in Kumasi and Obuasi respectively.
The first leg match in Kumasi on Wednesday will kick off at 4pm. According to a statement from the Ghana FA, two match officials from neighbouring Togo are also scheduled to arrive in Ghana for the games.
Coach Dauda Lutterodt’s 26-man squad for this friendly will reassemble on Monday after the weekend’s round of league matches.
The games have been arranged as part of Ghana’s preparation for the CHAN qualifying game against Benin.
The Ivorians are also preparing to face Nigeria in July in the sane competition.
The next edition of the CHAN tournament will take place in South Africa next year.
