The midfielder could be joining the Cottagers after successfully freeing himself from Dnipro making him a free agentGhana international Derek Boateng is back on the radar of English Premier League side Fulham.
The Cottagers were in pole position to sign the 29-year-old in January but a row with his club Dnipro foiled that move.
Boateng, according to SkySports, is well placed to join Martin Jol’s side ahead of the summer transfer since they already have a valid work permit for him.
The Craven Cottage side have been mum over the deal but it appears the Black Stars midfielder is set to make his English Premier League debut this year.
Boateng came close to joining Middlesbrough in 2003, but that deal collapsed due to his inability to secure a work permit.
