The Indomitable Lions will play an international friendly match against the Red and Blacks ahead of the 2014 Fifa World Cup qualifying
Cameroon will be playing a friendly match against Albania in Switzerland on November 14, the Cameroon football federation (Fecafoot) announced during the weekend.
After failing to qualify for the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations, Cameroonian officials have shifted their focus to the 2014 Fifa World Cup qualifying which resumes next March.
Representatives from both sides have confirmed the participation of their teams, according to Gaetano Marota, director general of Gamasport, which organises the encounter set to hold in Geneva.
Captain Samuel Eto’o, who rejoined the Lions after eight months of suspension, has called on teammates and officials to forget about the 2013 Afcon debacle and move on to rebuilding the outfit ahead of the World Cup qualifiers.
Cameroon are currently placed third in Group I behind Libya and DR Congo and will play host to Togo on March 22, 2013.
