League One treble: Backing Bournemouth, Walsall and Coventry to get wins

League One treble: Backing Bournemouth, Walsall and Coventry to get wins

Latest League Two treble: Home wins for Burton and Northampton plus goals at both ends at Kingsmeadow Previous Next Rangers-Stirling Albion Betting Preview: Stuffy Stirling can make Rangers wait

As the League One season reaches its climax, Al Hain-Cole is backing three promotion contenders to see off some relegation battlers for an accumulator worth just under 6/1

League One Treble
Bournemouth
VS
Bury
Kick-off: 15:00 GMT
Tip: Bournemouth to win at 1/2 (1.50) with Bet365

After an incongruous five-match losing streak threatened to ruin their promotion bid, Bournemouth look to be back in business thanks to two consecutive away wins.

Eddie Howe’s men remain just three points off the second automatic promotion spot in a tight contest at the top of League One, and will be desperate to rediscover the type of form that saw them lead the way earlier on in the season.

They should have little trouble in collecting all three points against a Bury side that are wallowing in the relegation zone, and who have lost six of their last eight matches.

The Shakers have won just three of their 18 away games in the league, and should therefore represent the perfect opposition for a team looking to get back to winning ways in front of their own fans.

Having gone 18 games without defeat earlier on in the season, The Cherries are more than capable of putting another run together from now until the end of the season, and should be backed at 1/2 (1.50) with Bet365 to come out on top on Saturday.

Hartlepool
VS
Walsall
Kick off: 15:00 GMT
Tip: Walsall to win at 6/5 (2.20) with Bet365

With seven games left to play, Walsall find themselves in with a real chance of securing a play-off spot that would have seemed inconceivable a few months ago.

After a poor start to the season, The Saddlers are resurgent, and have lost just once in their last 14 games, winning nine.

This fantastic form is a stark contrast to Hartlepool’s recent results, as John Hughes’ side have not even managed to score a goal in their last five fixtures.

Although the hosts have proved a tough nut to crack on their own turf lately, they must be short on confidence after their recent run, and will struggle against a side that have won three and lost just one of their last six on the road.

All things considered, the visitors look rather generously priced at 6/5 (2.20), and should be backed to continue their renaissance with a win.

Portsmouth
VS
Coventry
Kick-off: 15:00 GMT
Coventry to win at 11/10 (2.10) with Bet365

Only Portsmouth sit below Hartlepool in the table, and the bottom club’s recent upturn in form has forced Pools to look anxiously over their shoulders.

However, that good run looks set to come to an end on Saturday, when Pompey play host to the team with the second best away record in the division.

Coventry have won their last four consecutive league games on the road, making it 10 victories and one solitary defeat in 12 away from home.

Like Walsall, The Sky Blues are currently just outside the top six, and will be desperate to collect maximum points in order to keep themselves in the running for promotion despite their problems off the field.

New manager Steven Pressley is sure to be urging his side towards victory after an unbeaten first three games in charge, and 11/10 (2.10) seems like a great price for the away win.
