SuperSport United will be looking to bounce back from their last weekend’s defeat when they host Golden Arrows at the Lucas Moripe Stadium on Saturday night.
Matsatsantsa have been blowing hot and cold despite their strong start to the season which saw them climb to the top of the PSL log on the first day.
However, they are now lacking behind due to inconsistency which could dent their chances of winning the league title, as they have been earmarked as one of the title contenders this season.
Abafana Besthende have also struggled with form this season, but they will be motivated going into this encounter having won their previous league game.
Coach Mark Harrison looked to have instilled discipline in the side, and their ability to get results away from home could only mean trouble for Matsatsantsa.
Matsatsatsa boss Calvin Johnson will certainly expect a better performance from the likes of Mame Niang, Bradley Grobler and Sibusiso Zuma who were terrible in front of goal in their previous game.
He will also be hoping to get his defence in order after conceding what he described as “soft goals” against his former club Platinum Stars.
Arrows have their captain Thanduyise Khuboni back in full fitness and form together with Philani Shange on the wing, while Bongi Ntuli is expected to provide goals for the Durban-based outfit.
