Barcelona are ready to launch a fourth offer for Liverpool midfielder Philippe Coutinho that could rise to £138 million, according to Sky Sports.
The report claims the Blaugrana are prepared to bid £101m up front with a further £37m in bonuses for the unsettled Brazil international.

Chelsea are ready to make a £35 million offer for Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain after the attacker told Arsenal he wants to leave, according to The Sun.
The 24-year-old has one year left on his current deal and is reportedly willing to move across London to join up with the champions.

Manchester United are among a host of clubs interested in Valencia centre-back Ezequiel Garay, according to The Sun.
