Wilfired Ndidi was sent off for the first time in his career in Leicester City’s 3-0 defeat to Crystal Palace at the King Power Stadium on Saturday.
The Nigeria international was initially shown a yellow card in the 52nd minute and booked again for simulation nine minutes later, which resulted in his sending off.
Receiving two yellow cards and a red card from referee Martin Atkinson on your birthday seems to be the highpoint of the joke as Ndidi was sent for an early shower.
